It's good to see these young guys playing with passion today. It's a sloppy field and we've got a bowl game W hanging in the balance.

The NU program has gone through a lot of changes since my days in Lincoln, but the future is bright for this team. In many ways the tone--for the off-season as well as next season--will be set in the second half of this game.

I absolutely agree. For the first time since heading into 10' season, I am excited about the potential of our defense. These guys have grown a lot this season.
 



Completely agree Adam, this young team is talented and the future should be fun! what a huge boost this game could be into the off-season!

If it's a good topic it will stay in view, and this is a good topic. Several people question the validity of bowl games towards next year and having a former player's perspective illustrates the true importance of a bowl game!

Agree.....entertaining game against a tough SEC opponent with the Huskers having a "bring it" attitude.
