Would assume we did not have/could not find a scholarship to offer for 2011 for one of our Fort Scott visitors.....Bo said he would let him know by weeksend last week....this kid is dynamite and Baylor is getting a real good one...had offers from Baylor, Indiana, Mississippi and Nebraska

Maybe he is signing now (so late) because he had to make sure he picked up the classroom hourly credits to qualify. If so, there may not be much time for NU to come up with a scholarship before it's too late.
