It's funny the little things you can pick out in the videos . . . things that can make a huge difference in terms of attitude and preparation long term. In one of the clips above, it looks like they are doing their warmup and Frost comes up behind a guy to poke the ball away. I'd imagine that's all part of teaching not to be complacent and to stay focused on what you are supposed to be doing.
