Because he decommitted. Back in October

No he is not off the board. Nebraska is the odds on favorite to get his recommit and signed LOI

He plans to enroll in January so the not so secret, secret is he has already signed and LOI with which ever school he chooses. Had to be signed by COB 23 December. As I said expected to choose Nebraska

Yes he will announce on Tuesday 3 January at the Under Armour All Star Game
