Nebraska basketball has a long history of being a crap program with a few bright moments.
But the past 3-4 months have been as close to bottom of the barrel as I can ever remember.
And to add to that frustration, there was one team left in all of major college basketball that could somehow be equated to Nebraska. And that was Northwestern. It has always been Northwestern. Until now ... when one program reached their highest of highs and the other their lowest of lows.
