Ok the next time I fire up the smoker I want to try some beans in there too. Never done it before so looking for some input. What type of bean is best? How long to presoak or even per cook? I search the web and I can find every option I can think of but I know I can trust those here to have an opinion I will trust! Got any complete recipes I am all for that too. Just needs to be in the smoker with some pork or brisket for 14 or so hours of available cooking time
