Tramel's ScissorTales: OU football & Big 12 remain a hot topic for Nebraska fans
it’s always good to hear from our old friends in Nebraska, struggling with mediocre football, especially with the OU hosting the Huskers on Sept. 18.www.oklahoman.com

Tramel: It's time for Nebraska football to stop running from its problems
Nebraska doesn't win in football, doesn't place nice with its neighbors & doesn't have the seal of stability that made the Huskers something special.www.oklahoman.com

The problem with Trammel is he can't even get facts he should know correct. The Longhorn Network signing did not come into play until after NU, MU & CU had already left. It was the reason aTm left. Our decision was in June of 2010. The Longhorn Networks wasn't announced until August 2011.Talking about this?

It’s pretty dumb that he thinks we’re dumb for leaving the B12 when Texas continues to threaten the future of that conference. We’re cashing B1G checks while the rest of the B12 is wondering when they’re going to be left standing in the middle of the dance floor without a partner. He seems to be killing 2 birds with one stone. He sells papers and clicks when he talks about Nebraska and his readers eat that stuff up. I guess he also gets the Nebraska fans goat.
I will respect Barry Tramel if he puts out an article that does anything to publicly retract any of what he just said. If he still can't acknowledge that it was better for Nebraska to join the B1G at this point, he completely lacks integrity on the subject.
