FWIW: FSU lawyers appear to have filed suit against the ACC, the ACC commissioner, the SEC, ESPN, the Disney company, and others. The suit alleges collusion and seeks $120 million in damages (apparently the negotiated amount FSU would have to pay to leave the ACC).
If true, my bet is they aren’t going to the SEC.
