A 4.34 40 time. Not sure if that makes him the fastest, but at that speed is solid if accurate. The tapes shows amazing speed.

Legit 4.3 is rare enough. Especially for a junior.
Well by my recollection there has only EVER been one guy at NE clocked at faster than that. Fabian Washington was clocked at 4.29 at the NFL combine. That time puts Hayes just .07 seconds behind the top ten best in NFL history. All of those guys got to that time after 3-5 years of weight training and speed training prior to the combine. This kid is rivaling those guys times and he has not even yet begun to think who he is taking to Senior Prom.
