Still don't understand the fascination with transfers.
While not optimal, any potential Husker intrigues me.

I don't understand the resistance.
It's not resistance at all.
And I understand what Lars and *** are saying.
But with transfers (unless you are talking about a graduate) they have to sit out a year. So generally they aren't a "fulfill an immediate need" type of guy. And, that being the case, I'm always going to prefer a H.S. kid. I see transfers like JUCO's basically with the disadvantage of the guy having to ride the bench for a year. And, as with transfers, I'd prefer a HS kid over a JUCO unless said JUCO can come in and help right away. NU needs help in 3 areas (PG, Shooting and post D) pronto. Not 2 years from now....so I'd be more interested in seeing a list of JUCOs that haven't signed yet.

Not sugar-coating this, but remember that Walter Pitchford when he came from Florida was 3-11 for FGs and had 4 rebounds all year. Sometimes a change of scenery is good.
Ayegba was down to Indiana and Georgetown for his college choices and ended up choosing the Hoyas. There is something there to work with I assume, despite his 2 point, 3 rebound per game average.
6'9 250 pound back up center in case anyone is wondering. I would also assume he may commit, as seeing the fan support at a foootball practice, our facilities, and knowing that our arena is sold out, this may be our transfer.
