Remember to never sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things.Should have just went with this....because the rest of your “JMO” sounds petty.

I was at the same game, but not the same post game reception like you. Did get all 4 tires slashed at a CU game in Boulder one time. Not as much fun as yours, but had a more residual affect.UCLA is no better. Aikman's senior year they put a pretty good whooping on us. I was just trying to walk ut of the stadium with a friend. As we are walking up the stairs. 8 separate guys threw punches at me. Luckily I was sober they were not. I dicked the punches and threw them into the crowd and kept walking.
Oh, you should definitely pet the sweaty things..... well, if it's really pungent, you may be in India.pet the sweaty things.
Yeah after incidents like that and hearing nightmares at OSU and PSU. Even though I live close (relatively speaking). I will not go to either place. I go to enjoy the game. Not get into fights with knuckleheads.I was at the same game, but not the same post game reception like you. Did get all 4 tires slashed at a CU game in Boulder one time. We win some, and we lose some. Best of luck to the young man. I like UCLA and Chip Kelly so I hope he does well there.
Tough for an east coast kid to understand IMOI really hoped this young man would come to UNL. He is so tall!
Sure the weather might be nice, but the problem with going to college in Califonria is that there are so many Californians. You can't put a value on those Midwestern values, imo!
California is chock-full of folks from the Midwest. Some of the more respected folks on this very forum are from California. I spent most of my career in California, so I speak from experience. People in California have values that are no better or worse than in the Midwest.I really hoped this young man would come to UNL. He is so tall!

I’m gonna have to learn the bolded fighting technique not a word/grammar nazi but found that funnyUCLA is no better. Aikman's senior year they put a pretty good whooping on us. I am a fan of all of the same teams along with Nebraska. I had no obvious connection to any of them except I liked the Rams helmet when I was about 4, and the rest followed from that. It's funny, because I have been a fan of the LA Rams, Dodgers and Lakers, but I've never been a fan of UCLA(with the exception of Wooden) so here's to UCLA being a door mat for years to come.
Apparently doing that was a good way to draw more interest then, huh? I've personally never seen anyone respond that way. I'll bet that was memorable for all.I dicked the punches and threw them into the crowd and kept walking.
Call me crazy, but if I was 18 again, I can think of a couple reasons why UCLA would be interesting....I’ve never heard of UCLA football having a good atmosphere. I’ve heard that there are always a lot of good seats available for their games.
That being said, without any connection to either school, and visiting both in January, I have no problem imagining how the scales could tilt in favor of the one not experiencing sub zero temps.
