I guess one thing one might ask, what if the conference had instead of nine games required a non-conference P5 school, would the TV money have been better? Say you had a B1G vs Pac12 game or ACC game or Big 12 game. Wouldn't that give a bigger TV foot print. Yeah, you are looking home and home, so maybe you only get half that. Yep, we don't really lose a home game (because we are with that ninth B1G game). I am just thinking B1G vs someone else further away might be more attractive that B1G vs B1G.

So let's say if he had those extra 6 games, and wins them all, he's 18-14 or 18-15. That could change the current narrative that saturates this board. I agree, that is significant.

Just play good football against whoever is on the schedule. What happened to worrying about how you play, not who you play. "Taking care of ourselves".

I get it, there is a cloud over this whole program. I half expected for this weekends game to get cancelled this morning.
But stop.
Losing two years in a row against Illinois is pretty much unforgivable.
Losing to a completely depleted Minnesota team last year was terrible.
Losing to TROY.
Blowing a lead against CU two years in a row should not happen.
Losing two years in a row to Purdue in 18 &19
Finding new ways to lose to Iowa EVERY year.
This staff has11 more chances to get this done, This season.
What do they have in them?
