No practice on Tuesday 5 March 2019

Coach Frost, staff and players will open the spring with a press conference

Players will open the presser at 11:30 AM CST

Coach Frost will follow at 12:30 PM

Shortly after assistant coaches will meet with the press in a round table format

Should be some interesting discussion on a variety of topics from injuries to position battles to all things in between

AMart. Dude speaks like a 25 year old NFL vet. Nothing shocking. Mostly talked about stepping up as a leader. Most questions were about being a leader.
