No practice on Tuesday 5 March 2019

Coach Frost, staff and players will open the spring with a press conference

Players will open the presser at 11:30 AM CST

Coach Frost will follow at 12:30 PM

Shortly after assistant coaches will meet with the press in a round table format

Should be some interesting discussion on a variety of topics from injuries to position battles to all things in between
 



Lamar up first. "Coach Fisher will tell you straight up, if you aren't our here to practice, I don't want to coach you go sit on the bench".

Talked about workouts going very well.

No phones allowed in any meetings, new this year.
 
AM looks thick in the hoodie. Where Can I buy one?

AMart. Dude speaks like a 25 year old NFL vet. Nothing shocking. Mostly talked about stepping up as a leader. Most questions were about being a leader.
