You knew that Nebraska was pretty close to full by the fact that they threw a very late offer at David Engelhaupt. Otherwise they would have offered much earlier since he didn't play a position that the late disappointments played.
 



Riley: Waiting for one but we know what is happening there, ceremony, so it is good.

Don't want any late surprises so it has been good.

24 already assumed Keels had exhausted eligibility.
21 HS commits + Williams transfer + Lee transfer = 23. Which puts us oversigned at +2.
 
Riley: Recruits obviously impressed by facilities. But they are looking for comfort level with people--staff, players, and so on.

Players here LOVE Nebraska. That really jumps out at you.

California?

Riley: Look at NU historically, players from everywhere. Want to keep that going in so many areas. In addition, coaches have personal connections. Many of the coaches have recruited California for long time. Have connections with coaching staffs there. Then find out if player is good fit.
