I just got a Blackstone Griddle, rosemary, garlic, I used olive oil. Turned out great. I'll try the bacon grease.

Medium Rare Beef Tenderloin ~ with Sweet Onion Demi,
Loaded Mashed Potatoes with hand shredded cheddar cheese, green onions and diced bacon
Sautéed Seasonal Vegetable Medley
Blueberry Spinach Salad - spinach with fresh blueberries, tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, toasted macadamia nuts with a citrus vinaigrette
Artisan Rolls and butter
 



We're having a ham smoked at a nearby locker, mashed potatoes from our garden stash, ham gravy, seared brussel sprouts and a frozen cranberry salad. Probably a triple chocolate gingerbread cake for dessert. Simple this year, but awfully tasty!
