Heisman Trophy returned to Bush after 14 years

The Heisman Trust is returning the Heisman Trophy to Reggie Bush and a replica to USC after the former running back had forfeited the award in 2010.

I really dont think he should get it back. they even point it out in the first paragraph. "enormous changes in the college football landscape." its not about what is going on now in CFB, its what the circumstances were then. he broke the rules plain and simple........ they gonna give the titles back now too? revisionist history is the worst.
