It would certainly be a huge deal to have him available during this transition year.Would be massive with some attrition happening at the LB spot and Dixon being arguably our best guy there. Throw in moving Stille to DE and Gifford very much up in the air for 2018 and we need this to come to fruition.

No doubt it's a big deal for Michigan, but our defense definitely gets better with Dixon on the field.Just wondering out loud, is this a bigger deal for us or for Michigan?
He's been injured and it's not entirely clear if he will be back from that injury. But what is the Gifford comment all about?

I knew that Gifford had been injured...my reply about "not being entirely clear if he will be back from that injury" was based on *** saying "Gifford very much up in the air for 2018".I completely missed that.
:throwbones:
Probably so...but gotta like the precedent that looks to be set for Dixon to get to play right away. But Dixon didn't have a loud mouthed lawyer blowing smoke up the NCAA's skirt about how the coaches lied/misled the players about how bad the UMiss situation was going to be. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
