who knows why? good luck to him and all of the great incomers.Poor use of playing talent by the Husker coaches
actually i think OU does have problems, 12 out, 8 in, and the talent leaving is way better than whats coming in.
There's something about being alive for a large part of last century -- and now a good-sized chunk of this century. Not that I'm against living, but man.
I believe this is a side effect of losing Tuioti. PI kids and parents like to be around PI coaches
Did we have linebacker problems last year that a freshman linebacker needed to solve?Poor use of playing talent by the Husker coaches
Funny how things travel in circles. I had a co-worker several years ago who was from Lawton, OK. She was a big Will Shields fan - she knew Will, reminded me every day almost where he was from. This lady was a librarian in an inner city junior high school - my office was in the back and as I'd walk through the library back to my office I'd hear "Boomer Sooner!" from her Anyway, she called Venerables "Vulnerables." She couldn't stand the guy. Now he's back - and in charge. Wonder what she's saying about him now.It was kind of sarcasm. OU is still loaded.
Coaching change, so it’s understandable.
Venables will likely rub a bunch more kids the wrong way when Spring starts. Word around the campfire is he’s pretty demanding.

My thought exactly.
Lincoln is a long way from anything that looks like a Pacific Island home.
Yep and that's a good problem. Good luck to the lad, I wish him well.If we had some more immediate playing time (assuming the work ethic thing wasn't accurate) then we may have had some shot to keep him, but there aren't a lot of snaps for him right now in a crowded room (even including OLB)
