No but you have to be able to show the league that you have expected attrition to get to 85

This applies only to the HS/JUCO class

Jeremiah Charles, 2023 WR, Arlington Martin, Nebraska signee: earned a silver medal with a second-place finish thanks to his 49-foot, 2 1/2-inch leap in the Class 6A finals. The Nebraska-bound standout's jump went into a slight headwind, no less. Charles, who finished his recruitment as a high three-star ranked by 247Sports as a top 80 overall prospect in Texas, set a triple jump personal record of 50-3.25 in late March, adding a 23-1.5 long jump and 6-5 high jump in April.
