That's that bottom line

They are connected to potential commits

Not to mention they are playing off the comments of a certain segment of the fan base and it's blown up in their face

I have been saying for years in this forum that words matter and recruits read this stuff

I can’t remember one time in the last five years that I have disagreed with you @Red Reign. Actually you one of the few remaining clear heads on this site. I guess we will have to agree to disagree on the quality of media reporting that we are suffering with these days. Don’t get me wrong, I do have a few favorites that I like, the rest are just plan terrible and valueless.
 
This forum is better than some on bashing the program and Rule. Others are way worse. I get some fans dont like Rule and think hes not the right guy but what good does it do to b*%^$ and whine about it on a forum all the time? We might as well cheer him on and hope it works out. Whats sad is I think most fans like and support Rule but the loud minority makes it appear that, that is not so. And recruits see the bashing on these sites. I get it, its the world we live in but for me.........its embarrassing and bad for the program. Somehow, I hope recruits and players are getting info from someone letting them know that there is a silent majority out there excited about the future at NU
