This was what I ranted about after the Purdue game, the reverse he screwed up on....blackout? I would imagine so as his tunnel vision on that play was horrendous. I am glad he admitted it. Dang, though, the basic fundamental of sealing your edge is something I would not expect to happen to one of our upperclassmen, especially Jojo, who is a smart, physical player.
Teams only make mistakes collectively. Otherwise, it is individuals who make the mistakes. If the same mistakes are being made over and over by the same individuals, those players should not be playing. At a minimum, they should not be starting.
