I feel like he's been really nice since he's been at Nebraska. I talked to him and dealt with his staff a few times when he was at Baylor, he never came off as friendly to me. They were always honest, direct, and fair. He was about business. All about ball and the players, winning and being good students....I just wonder if he lost some of that since. Who knows why.Coach Rhule has lost some steam, it is quite obvious. First time I have heard him be a bit snappy on the Malachi question. Pressure is on...

To his point, this is senior day, it's a rival game, we are facing our second week with a new OC, do we really need to focus on a guy who is a redshirt this year and hasn't played meaningful minutes? His energy varies at press conferences a bit (he was 'normal' Monday), but you're right on the sharpness of his Coleman response.
I couldn't believe the matador tackle effort on the touchdown. You knew the kid wasn't himself.Agreed. Tommi has clearly not been himself lately. He did not look good against USC. As talented as he is, with his injury we're better off with other CBs on the field.

I can understand his Demeanor his team has under performed most of the year, the team is on a 4 game losing streak, He had to demote / fire someone who has been working with him for years, the pressure that not only the fans and admin bring but being a competitive person himself I'm sure he is frustrated and I would guess the pressure of knowing that he is probably going to have to fire more coaches in the off season, but only coach knows for sure.Ever since Indiana took us to the wood shed I’ve thought Coach Rhule looks like he’s not enjoying this. Which is perhaps appropriate. And today while professional he definitely seemed in a foul mood.
