Rhule refused to comment on Coleman at the presser. He referenced Coleman as a redshirt and did not discuss his status.
Coach Rhule has lost some steam, it is quite obvious. First time I have heard him be a bit snappy on the Malachi question. Pressure is on...
glad to see him being ruthless, but this should have been the way after the indiana game. better late than never, and i know it's not easy to change certain things in-season, but i can't help but feel that Rhule sacrificed a number of wins this season on the altars of sentiments and assumptions.
His energy varies at press conferences a bit (he was 'normal' Monday), but you're right on the sharpness of his Coleman response.
What HCMR didn't say directly was that now with a proven OC/Play Caller at the helm, they (the players) will be put in positions to succeed... so, now it is totally up to the players. In my mind, there's no more of a "Satt-crutch" for anyone to lean on.
And I like that it sounds like there's a noticeable difference in how DH is handling the offense/players.

Agreed. Tommi has clearly not been himself lately. He did not look good against USC. As talented as he is, with his injury we're better off with other CBs on the field.
it is sad for Tommi how this season turned out for him. Wright has proven to be solid contributor. The Wisconsin game depth chart still has Tommi as 1 and Ceyair as 2.
Who is likely to back up Ceyair as number 2?
At the start of the season we kept hearing that B Hill was close to playing. But not much has been said since. I am assuming he is a medical for the whole year. Is this the case?
