I agree. At times, he comes on as though it's a marketing ploy to keep listeners engaged in the radio program. As in "keep listening, I'll give you the answer later in the show." The hinting about insider knowledge is annoying to me also - "I know but you don't and I'm not going to tell you."

Games kids play.

It happens at work, it happens in sports, it's kind of part of life. If all things are equal, I don't think there is anything wrong going with the person we like or admire more. The problem is when they aren't equal in ability and that 'like' factor swings the balance when it shouldn't be.

Agree, "if all things are equal." My interpretation was that things weren't equal and someone who wasn't starting/playing should be.

Yeah I am guessing that in the name of Equality they will just rotate the name so I'm sure the Air Force will get there chance in the future.
I always liked watching the service Academy's play as a kid but as an enlisted Man we never put much in to the games like the West Point grads did. But I have always cheered for the Army as our family has a long history in the Army.
I will be rooting for Army Saturday but I have a feeling Norte Dame is probably going to win but they do play the games for a reason

I am.not an Academy Grad so have never followed them very closely

I had a young officer or two worked for me who did graduate and play football for them

I think it will be Carter Nelson. The little we have seen him play he has looked really good. Having been a TE he can block. He has proven he can play WR. Also Frankly Fidone trying to run that screen has looked sluggish. No ability to make someone miss. Nelson is a future star.

He was blunt but not disrespectful. Charlie used to be blunt back in the day. So was Milt, yet they never disrespected individual players. Saying "the WRs" Is not disrespectful to an individual. it is telling the truth. We have all mentioned it multiple times. That screen does not work if people do not block.
