Reminds me of some of the stuff we used to do in wrestling. Carry one guy (on flat surface or up/down stairs) then turn around and switch. Hard work, but it builds conditioning and all those little muscles you never knew you had or used (til they got really sore).

If you notice he used a firemans which although still hard centers the weight more than the back pack carry. So not as hard on the body.

Yep. We did these in practice as well. Much easier to carry a grown person like this than any other way IMO.

we been shoveling since the 1st of November. We are over it. GBR!!!
