Which domino falls first?

Assuming we hire a ST coordinator, wondering if we see them get signed as early as today or tomorrow while we finalize the OC. There seems to be a lot of smoke around Sean Snyder and he seems a logical candidate for ST.

Which one do we land first?

I’m wondering if OC needs to be first. If we get a ST coordinator who also needs to be a position coach, that might be something that hinders how an OC candidate sees the opportunity. If we are looking for an OC with experience, we probably need to keep the slate pretty clean until he’s hired.

I'm totally fine hiring a special teams coordinator and asking the OC to staff around it. Whether we have a special teams coordinator is the HC's call, not the OC's. We should sign Sean Snyder if he's interested.
