New kids, new environment, stuff happens. As talented as Green is, it might be interesting to see how the lineup works in his absence.
The big problem is depth. If Curtis hadn't just left, it would not hurt as badly.
Fred needs "his guys" and "more buy-in by players", but at least he "knows where this is going" and the rest of the B1G "better get us now".

Tough, but that’s how you set culture. If Green is a competitor, which I believe he is, it’s going to kill him. He let his team down, hopefully it’s a learning experience for him.
