I heard this summer this was basically a done deal and then nothing. Is this still in the works?

FYI....from what I understand the hold up could be how much Nebraska is paid for the game moving....

Update (4/27/12): Randy York, a writer for Huskers.com, posted yesterday that Nebraska and Southern Miss are close to finalizing the deal to play at the Superdome on Sept. 7, 2013.

Hammond also said he was exploring an option to move the Southern Miss home football game against Nebraska in 2013 to the Superdome in New Orleans.

It couldn't be on Sept. 7th if we are playing UCLA the next day in LA.

Too late now to change things now, I would suppose.

The move to the Superdome would be for the 2013 season, not this year.
