Yes but have you analyzed the screen pass situation from all perspectives? There are many reasons as to why they haven't been effective. Perhaps Rhule is the one instructing him to keep calling those plays. Maybe the players aren't executing correctly. Maybe the sun got in the blockers' eyes. It doesn't all fall on the offensive coordinator.
