This is such an awesome idea.

I thought I'd try to add another (awesome idea).

I don't suppose someone with more ability (and time) could cull through the old posts here (and on that other site we used to congregate on) for the many recipes that have already been posted, and repost them in this forum?

I recall reading many great recipes that I wanted to try, but didn't bookmark them or anything...now we can just put them here.

I recall Pops having one about smoked trout or something...anyway...that would be awesome if some one cold do it.... ;)

I'd think that problem will take care of itself. If you post a recipe once, you'll post it again. The good stuff is piling up fast, I'd say do a screenshot on every recipe you like, before too long they'll cycle off and you'll be saying, "Now how did that go?"

Great idea for a forum, unfortunately we'll all gain ten pounds.

i am so pumped! I hope you like it.

ra, it was outstanding. I met our demanding criteria; simple to make and wonderful to eat! Already added to the family receipe keeper binder.

sweet. Looks like it came out right. Glad you liked it. If you liked that and are a fan of sour cream, try the other one I posted today. You will love that as well.

RA, just had half of the remaining beef tips for supper. They were better than the first cooking. The flavor has just permeated everything. Can't wait for the last of the seconds. Not a bad receipe for three very good meals for two. Thanks, again.

RA, we too just tried the beef tips yesterday. Actually marinated them overnight and then put it on the slow cooker on low all day while we worked. It made the day fly by as we were looking forward to coming home to a delicious meal. It didn't disappoint! Ended up finishing off the leftovers at lunch today. Great job and thanks for the recipe!

wow. 2 for 2! I am glad you liked them. Thanks for the input. I bet they were tender if you slow cooked them all day.
