We have decided not to have a recruting porfile sub forum

Hi Everyone,

I am communicating with the moderators and administrators to start subforums for prospect profiles for recruiting classes of the current year and future classes. For example, there will be subforums for the 2014 class, 2015 class and the 2016 class. The format for the profiles will be as follows:

Hometown:
High School:
Position:

Measurables

Height:
Weight:
40 time:

Rankings

247 Composite:
247:
Rivals:
Scout:
ESPN:

Offers

a list of the schools

Highlights

Film...Hudl, Youtube, workout, camps, etc. Searches will be done for freshman and sophomore clips to go along with junior film. During the senior seasons I will be Googling for replays of games so you all can view them in real time action and not just edited/chose clips. Once their senior seasons are done I will be looking for their highlights as well.

For the 2014 class only profiles with offers will be created. For the 2015 class and the 2016 class, profiles of recruits will be made that already have offers and for those we are evaluating/showing interest.

All of this may seem overwhelming right now, but once you see the profiles when they are made you will enjoy them.

This is great...not very cool to kick the new guy to the curb and take his idea....but still this is great

His no longer being on this board is squarely on him....no one kicked him to the curb....if you have an issue with that then you need to take it to a PM.....its not open for discussion on the open forum....thanks...

And as for taking his idea....that's BS and you know it....and the fact you would even say it is below the belt....anyone looking on here can see it is his idea and it will remain his idea....no one is stealing it what so ever....would be hard to do considering everyone can see that its his...

You either want it or you don't??...this was going to happen this week before we knew he was no longer going to be a member of this board....the hold up was Medic was out of town and could not put it together..

AND FWIW the folks at Husker Board thought of this idea quite a while ago so what we are doing is very much in-line with what they created...giving credit where its due....it was their idea first....

We discussed this among ourselves as Mods and decided that we were not going to go forth with this idea. It was mfld's (his idea was from Husker Board who is already doing this) idea and we discussed it and felt that going forth with it would not be the right thing to do. We don't want any misconception going forth and thus felt the best idea was to pass on this.

This has been a vibrant recruiting board through the years and honestly this idea is already being done at Husker Board....thus the decision is we will stay with the board as it is in its present form.
