Really? Runners on first and second and one out and you are up by one run and you would choose to move the leading run to second base with the third and cleanup hitters due up? I don’t think so.

I like Rhonda Revelle a lot, but the resurgence of the Nebraska softball program is/was 100% because of Jordy. Jordy’s pitching/hitting dominance paired with her ability to bring local players back who RR couldn’t or wouldn’t get.

My hope is that RR will be able to turn this success story into the ability to lock down local talent. There is unbelievable talent in this state. Some of the club coaches and high school coaches are incredible. We have to start getting more of them in a Nebraska uniform. She should also tap into analytics more. Just my two cents.

What a great season though. It was so fun to watch. Gonna miss this group!

Exactly! Thant's why I would have walked that batter. She was dynamite with runners on base.

Unfortunately, you mat be right about RR. This team captured lightning in a bottle that RR may not ever be able to recapture. Look at how well Okla did AFTER losing Jordy and other players to the portal. Right back in the thick of it.
