Nebraska - has won seven of its last eight games and is coming off an 87-69 home win over Penn State at Pinnacle Bank Arena, improving to 13-1 at home this season.
Freshman Jessica Shepard notched her 13th 20-point performance of the season, while sophomore Natalie Romeo continued to lead the nation from long range by knocking down 5-of-10 threes on her way to 19 points. Senior Anya Kalenta added the best performance of her career with 14 points and 11 rebounds off the bench. Fellow senior Rachel Theriot flirted with a triple-double with nine points, eight rebounds and 14 assists against the Lady Lions.
Overall, the Big Red is averaging 76.0 points through 22 games this season, and NU has reached 80 points 11 times this season.
Nebraska is shooting 48.2 percent from the field and 40.0 percent from three-point range at home and carry a plus-8.1 rebounding margin (44.2-36.1) and a plus-3.9 turnover margin.
Nebraska has shared the ball well in 2015-16, producing 419 assists on 629 made baskets, or 66.6 percent (vs. Indiana's 55.8%), recording an assist on two out of every three made field goals through 22 games.

Indiana heads into Sunday’s game against Nebraska with a 14-9 overall record, including a 6-5 Big Ten mark with a No. 47 NCAA RPI. The Hoosiers improved to 10-0 at home with a 79-74 come-from-behind win over Iowa on Thursday.
Sophomore guard Tyra Buss has provided the Hoosiers with one of the Big Ten’s best scorers, averaging 18.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game. She is followed by 6-2 sophomore forward Amanda Cahill adding 14.7 points and a team-best 7.9 boards per game, and Jenn Anderson, a 6-3 junior center, adding 7.9 points and 4.7 rebounds, while anchoring the back of Indiana’s defense.
As a team, Indiana is averaging 70.8 points per game on the season, while allowing 68.2 points. Indiana is shooting 43.5 percent from the field on the season, including 33.8 percent of their threes. The Hoosiers are also a solid 73.1 percent at the free throw line. IU owns a 0.7 rebound per game disadvantage and a 0.2 turnover per game deficit.
