Yes! You Read That Right:

Final:
Huskers ----- 83; -- Fouls - 28; ---FTs -- 5/8
Stripes ---- 93; -- Fouls -- 7 ; ---FTS - 31/34
the home-standing Hawkeyes attempted 26 more free throws than the Big Red with a final foul disparity of 28-7. Nebraska's minus-21 in foul differential was not only the largest in a Big Ten or conference game in school history, but the largest disparity for either team in the 1,448 women's basketball games played in program history over the past 48 years. It marked the first time that a Husker opponent had greater than a plus-17 foul differential in a game. Nebraska entered the game at Iowa with a plus-2.1 foul differential through 16 games on the season.

rEffing Crew: Cameron Inouye, Beverly Roberts, Gina Cross (lest we forget)

(Game Recap and Box Score)
Seven different Huskers were whistled for two first-half fouls (each), while Clark, who scored 11 points despite 2-of-10 shooting from the field, was the only Hawkeye to get called for a foul in the opening 20 minutes, which came on the offensive end...................
In the second half, Iowa took its first lead at 54-53 on a pair of Czinano free throws with 6:13 left, but Nebraska answered with an 8-0 run that included five points from freshman guard Kendall Moriarty, who made NU's first free throw of the game with 4:35 left in the third period to give the Huskers a 61-54 lead..........
Nebraska got its final points on a driving layup from Allison Weidner, who finished with eight points and five assists in her first career start. With seconds remaining, Iowa called timeout to advance the ball and Clark scored on a driving layup with one second left to give Iowa a 10-point win.

Nebraska is looking to rebound from back-to-back losses to Iowa (95-86, Jan. 9) and Indiana (72-65, Jan. 13) after taking the No. 6 Hoosiers down to the wire in Bloomington on Thursday night. Alexis Markowski led Nebraska with 17 points and seven rebounds, including nine straight points in the final four minutes. Markowski, who scored 11 points in the fourth quarter, helped the Big Red rally from a 17-point third-quarter deficit to trim the margin to 68-65 with 24 seconds left.

Iowa enters Sunday's rematch with Nebraska at 9-4 overall and 3-1 in the Big Ten after posting a 79-66 win at Purdue on Thursday. Iowa beat Purdue despite going 0-for-15 from long range. The Hawkeyes hit 27-of-30 free throws.

The Hawkeyes opened back-to-back Big Ten road games with a 95-86 win over Nebraska in Lincoln last Sunday. Clark led the Hawkeyes with 31 points and 12 assists to go with eight rebounds, but McKenna Warnock delivered the biggest blows against the Big Red by adding 23 points on 7-of-9 three-point shooting while adding 10 rebounds. Czinano (20) and Kate Martin (12) put four Hawkeyes in double figures.

No word as to Bella Craven's status for the Iowa Rematch.

A key question mark Sunday will be the availability and effectiveness of Nebraska guard Sam Haiby, who injured her right shoulder in the loss to the Hoosier. Haiby has played some of her best games against Iowa. If she’s limited, NU will ask more from reserve guards Allison Weidner, MiCole Cayton, Ruby Porter and Kendall Moriarty. Among backups, Weidner has proven plucky at the hoop while Cayton is the best on-ball defender.

I disagree with putting too much focus on Clark. We lost to Iowa last weekend because Warnock was on fire from three point land. Clark and Cizano will get their points and have solid games. We need to focus on the other players and limit them.

Clark sets those other players up. You have to stop her penetrating the lane. When we forced her to stay on perimeter she took bad 3s. She is really good with basketball in her hand. But very whiney!
