Waygu Ribeye Steak

Not a lot of ribeyes down there, huh?

You ever been out of the state of Nebraska?

I ate this Waygu Ribeye Steak last week at Charleys Steak house in Tampa FL. It was delicious but expensive. It was grilled over Oak and Citrus wood.

I was told the beef was raised in Colorado but was genetically related to the Japanese breed. I think I will go back next time I'm in Tampa.

That really, really looks good. Bone in Ribeye is my favorite.

Nope. My horse can't go that far.

Plus, I know a good ribeye when I see one. No reason to leave.

Mine too and it was very good but very expensive.
