Man, he is a great speaker/motivator.
Using MR's bricklaying analogy, I think previous coaches had some of the bricks, but not all of them, and/or not the mortar to hold it all together.Nice to see this message with enthusiasm! This seemed to be lacking with previous staffs. He has a plan and MR works the plan!
You mean at the end of the day its dark, very dark?Using MR's bricklaying analogy, I think previous coaches had some of the bricks, but not all of them, and/or not the mortar to hold it all together.
And some could talk a good game, but didn't live it.
I really hate to pile on too much praise before we've even had a winning record, but it just seems like the pieces are in place.
Who needs him the most? Scout teamI always enjoy listening to HCMR! Whether he's on a Podcast or delivering a Presentation, he tailors his approach to the situation and audience.
The one thing that is constant is his message and his authenticity.
I found it interesting editing this presentation when he stated that he's not a Football Coach anymore... he's a Head Coach. I think this is a very critical and profound perspective for him to share. We definitely have a seasoned leader/builder at the helm!
I also liked his point about him spending time coaching the scout team, evaluating and asking why "this guy" isn't seeing the field.
In Rhule (and his process) I trust! GBR!!
Nailed it.And he backs it up. He's a great speaker, but he's got a lot of integrity. He is literally doing all the things he talked about in that video.
A lot of coaches talk coachspeak and then they go back to their office to draw X's and O's on a chalkboard. Rhule actually believes in his own message. You can see him living that out with how he hires, trains, strategizes, etc.
