Very early but this USA team and tactics look like what we were hoping to see.

Lietgat having to leave after 17 minutes after being taken down by a vicious tackle that frankly could have been a red card sending off offense. Honduran getting yellow.

As was expected Honduras is going to get very physical and it remains to be seen how much they will get away with.

So far the USA with a very attacking lineup and playing well.

Just like that the Captain puts the USA up 2-0 with some fine ball skill and a deceptive shot.

USA leads 2-0 at the 27 minute point. Could not have asked for a better start.

Mexico beats Costa Rica 2-0 in Azteca. The USA is not going to catch them in the HEX. Which is okay we just need to get that third automatic qualifying spot if at all possible

Oh my goodness it takes the USA just 15 seconds into half #2 to score goal #4 with three prefect passes and a clinical finish from Pulisic.
