MR is doing all that can be expected. Care about results and when things are trending in the wrong direction, take steps to fix them. Hopefully, DH can have an immediate impact to give us some offensive horsepower so the defense doesn’t have to win games by themselves.

Your comment suggests that Satt has been a problem and not accepted the replacement. All involved have clearly stated that isn’t remotely accurate, and Satt has been very gracious throughout. He has a greater understanding of the roster than most, and he can assist Dana by sharing some of the schemes and how they were developed. DH can then tweak them for what hope will be better results.
