WE are from the late 1900's.Way off subject , but I remember it used to be kind of a joke to say something happened in the last century. First few years after 2000 the last century had just finished. It was a bit like when you leave work the last work day in December and tell your buddies you'll see them next year! Not really much time at all.
Now we're almost a QUARTER of the way through the next century! Anyone less than 48 years old has lived more in this century than the last one!
I talk to people every day who are likely to be alive in the next century. (And who don't appreciate it, btw.. )
This passage of time thing is getting kind of serious. I wonder if we could just call timeout and have the calendar stop for a couple of years in here somewhere. Nothing permanent. Just so I can get my bearings and such.

Long weekend with my wife. She is the Director of Catering for the Hotel Paso Del Norte. Was working Task Force and accepted a permanent position with the hotel. Making alot more out there than she can here in Central Florida.What's a Florida guy doing in El Paso?

No. She has been out there for over 2 years. Her contract is up in April and she will most likely be coming home then. She gets to come home once a quarter but I go out there every other month. I know it's strange but it works.
