Cleaning out the freezer. I will be smoking and frying a turkey by this time tomorrow.

smoking one and frying one or smoking and finish in the fryer?
Smoking and then finishing in the fryer.
Got a late start. Turkey is scheduled for ready at around 4. I can smell the mesquite inside the house. Mmmmmmmmm
4 hours of smoke done, and now we go into the oiless fryer. Dinner is going to be early today.
No pictures. I left the turkey on the stove to rest before carving and taking a pic. My wife ruined that with her love for crispy turkey skin.
