download Avert Stinger and run that. You might even have to run that in safe mode. Safe mode will ensure that whatever has been infected won't be running. Then download malwarebytes

Some Trojans can screw with you current running anti-virus programs so that they don't even notice the trojan

don't you think it would be much easier to just run a scanner? No offense to 57 but it kind of sounds like he needs basic help, something he can follow easy enough. Again that is not a dig 57, not at all.
