Punter, Place Kicker, QB, OL, and DL were the gaping holes heading into the offseason. (Wow, that's a lot!) With the possible exception of OL, NU seems to have brought in players at those positions who will be significant contributors and likely upgrades over what we had last season.

So you are saying that the coaches that left didn't know how to use a place kicker or punter? Seems rather weird since pretty much everybody knows they are used on 4th down 99% of the time.
