What a great team he led. I was a yankee fan back then-until the Rays came along- but so much appreciated the rivalry. But he was colorful (not earl weaverish or billy martinish). Loved that infield he had with garvey, cey, lopes, and bill russell. We played much strat-o-matic baseball and that infield was tops.
