Wasn't expecting a big name because of the move to the B10. Not surprised to see TO pick from within the Husker family, but can Erstad coach? Will he be different in the head role as opposed to assistant. Can he hire a decent pitching coach? Can anyone teach our guys to know when to be patient and when to be aggressive at the plate?
Time will tell if Erstad can coach. Usually the really good players get frustrated when coaching teams. What came naturally to the great one's can't be taught, they won't see that talent in their players and not know how to relate. I hope I'm wrong, but history show's different.
