PLEASE, OH PLEASE, YOUNG MAN, COME TO NEBRASKA! Winters are 1/2 as cold/snowy/icy as MN. Playing outside helps prepare you for the NFL, where you will play, "in all kinds of weather"--NOW FOR DONU and later for the NFL! I lived in MN for graduate school for 3 years and grew up in NE--NE definitely has it, "going on!"
State College Pennsylvania winter is way worse than Lincoln.
