he needs to trust his vertical a little more than that. he had enough hops to tomahawk that dunk. finish it with a little attitude.

He is 6' 4"... I would think being able to dunk is a minimum necessity...

I remember the story of a 6' 1" lineman from Wichita Falls who got little interest from any D-1 recruiters.. and then a football coach from Nebraska heard the kid could dunk, and I think it was not just one per jump, but two...

...all he did was win the Outland Trophy

At 285? There's 6'4" basketball players that can't dunk. I think your story illustrates that dunking for a linemen isn't easy, and you are pretty special if you can do it and carry the weight.
