It will ALWAYS happen to a program that has made one bad decision after another, both on and off the field, since 11-29-2003. I used to bleed Husker red, and not because of the number of victories. It was the attitude, compassion, dedication, and work ethic of both the players and coaches that I respected, admired, and was proud of.
Today, I watch as a passive fan. I laugh at our team’s futility. It’s easy to be a prognosticator while watching Nebraska play. The same mistakes, errors, and miscues over and over, game after game, year after year. It is a comedic :poop: show. To believe that “next year will be different”, is a mild form of insanity.
