Beer soak for 20-30 mins
Rub w/salt, garlic, onion, cumin, ginger, and curry powders, chili powder, pepper, and a touch of clove.
Smoke for an hour (I used apple wood)
Cook over charcoal and layer on a glaze of Asian BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray's with a tablespoon of peanut butter, a tablespoon of brown sugar, a squirt of sriracha, and a splash of apple cider vinegar to make it blend nice).
