I live in Louisiana and the top wr from that area is Donald Lewis who is an Arizona state commit. One of the top wrs in the state. Sure do wish it was him!
 
I'd be really surprised if they offered devin Scott. No offense to the young man but he is not Nebraska material. That is quite a reach. He is more of a swac, southland, sunbelt, c-USA type player.
